Butcher Joyce's jolly, Santa Clause-like appearance belies the macabre nature of his work: that of a "clean-up" man for the Mob. Butcher Joyce is called in whenever a particularly gruesome and messy murder scene is in need of cleansing. With a friendly smile, Joyce will happily strap on his gloves and apron and get to work, collecting dismembered limbs and eviscerated bodies like they were ordinary household refuse, disposing of them in his trademark acid bath.
Butcher Joyce is a credit to his profession. His cheerful demeanor demonstrates that he, like anyone who finds their true calling in life, enjoys his job. With Jackie Estacado around, and The Darkness, it can be assured that Joyce will have plenty more opportunities to refine his craft in the future.
