The Legend: His name is Jack Monroe. He was a normal person till the time he took the super soldier serum that had made Steve Rogers into Captain America. Unfortunately, the serum had a side effect on Jack and he started going carazy. The military cryogenically froze in the fifties and Jack Monroe later in woke up finding himself in the eighties. He started out as Captain America's apprentice and worked as Cap's partner for quite some time. Later on, he went out on his own.
Nomad depends on his combat skills as well as his special stun discs when he goes in battle.
